BRAND DEVELOPMENT IS A CONSULTANCY SERVICE PROVIDED BY MUYSL. THE PROCESS IS DESIGNED TO HELP BRANDS UNDERSTAND THEIR CURRENT POSITION, CREATIVE DIRECTION, VISUAL LANGUAGE, DIGITAL PRESENCE, MEDIA STRUCTURE AND LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT POSSIBILITIES.

EACH BRAND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS MAY DIFFER DEPENDING ON THE BRAND, ITS NEEDS, ITS CURRENT STRUCTURE, ITS GOALS AND THE SCOPE DISCUSSED WITH MUYSL REPRESENTATIVES. THE NUMBER OF MEETINGS, MEETING DAYS, PROCESS DURATION, REVIEW AREAS, REPORTING STRUCTURE AND POSSIBLE SUPPORT FIELDS MAY VARY FROM BRAND TO BRAND.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT MEETINGS MAY BE HELD ONLINE THROUGH GOOGLE MEET. THE PROCESS MAY INCLUDE DISCUSSIONS, FILE REVIEWS, DIGITAL PRESENTATIONS, BRAND ANALYSIS, STRATEGIC EVALUATION AND WRITTEN REPORTING.

1. Introduction to the Brand

THE FIRST STEP IS THE INTRODUCTION BETWEEN THE BRAND AND MUYSL. DURING THIS STEP, MUYSL LISTENS TO THE BRAND, ITS STORY, FOUNDATION, PURPOSE, CURRENT POSITION, NEEDS, EXPECTATIONS AND POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT AREAS.

THIS STEP HELPS MUYSL UNDERSTAND HOW THE BRAND DEFINES ITSELF, WHO IT SPEAKS TO, WHAT IT WANTS TO BUILD AND WHICH AREAS MAY REQUIRE CREATIVE, STRATEGIC OR STRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT.

DURING THE INTRODUCTION STEP, THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROCESS MAY ALSO BE DISCUSSED. THE BRAND MAY CLARIFY WHETHER IT NEEDS ONLY BRAND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY OR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT IN AREAS SUCH AS CORPORATE IDENTITY, MEDIA PLANNING, PRODUCTION, SOFTWARE, DIGITAL EXPERIENCE OR CREATIVE DIRECTION.

IF THE BRAND AND MUYSL DECIDE TO MOVE FORWARD, THE PROCESS MAY BE DEFINED THROUGH AN AGREEMENT. AFTER THE AGREEMENT IS CONFIRMED, THE NEXT STAGES OF THE PROCESS MAY BEGIN.

2. Brand Review

IN THE SECOND STEP, MUYSL REVIEWS THE CURRENT STRUCTURE OF THE BRAND. THIS REVIEW MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE BRAND'S NEEDS AND THE SCOPE DEFINED BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

THE REVIEW MAY INCLUDE THE BRAND'S CORPORATE IDENTITY, LOGO USAGE, COLOR LANGUAGE, TYPOGRAPHY, VISUAL STYLE, COMMUNICATION TONE, WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE, MEDIA WORKS, DIGITAL EXPERIENCE, PRODUCT OR SERVICE PRESENTATION, TARGET AUDIENCE PERCEPTION AND GENERAL BRAND POSITIONING.

MUYSL MAY EVALUATE THE BRAND'S STRONG POINTS, AREAS THAT MAY NEED IMPROVEMENT, VISUAL CONSISTENCY, COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE, DIGITAL IMPRESSION AND LONG-TERM CREATIVE POTENTIAL.

THIS REVIEW SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED ONLY AS A VISUAL ANALYSIS. THE BRAND STORY, BRAND LANGUAGE, DIGITAL PERCEPTION, TARGET AUDIENCE RELATIONSHIP, MARKET POSITION AND CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT POSSIBILITIES MAY BE CONSIDERED TOGETHER.

3. Reporting and Direction

IN THE THIRD STEP, MUYSL MAY PREPARE A DETAILED EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE BRAND. THIS REPORT MAY INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BRAND'S CURRENT POSITION, DEVELOPMENT AREAS, POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS AND RECOMMENDED STRATEGIC STEPS.

DURING THE REPORTING PROCESS, DIFFERENT OPTIONS MAY BE PRESENTED TO THE BRAND. THESE OPTIONS MAY SHOW WHICH AREAS OF THE BRAND CAN BE DEVELOPED, WHICH STRUCTURE MAY BE MORE SUITABLE AND WHICH FORMS OF SUPPORT MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR THE NEXT STAGE.

THE REPORT MAY INCLUDE BRAND IDENTITY REVIEW, VISUAL LANGUAGE ANALYSIS, WEBSITE REVIEW, MEDIA AND SOCIAL MEDIA APPEARANCE, COMMUNICATION LANGUAGE, TARGET AUDIENCE PERCEPTION, CORPORATE STRUCTURE SUGGESTIONS, CREATIVE DIRECTION, DIGITAL PRESENCE SUGGESTIONS AND LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS.

THE REPORT REPRESENTS MUYSL'S CONSULTANCY PERSPECTIVE FOR THE BRAND. THE RECOMMENDATIONS INCLUDED IN THE REPORT MAY BE APPLIED, DEVELOPED OR TRANSFORMED INTO A DIFFERENT STRUCTURE DEPENDING ON THE BRAND'S REQUEST, THE AGREED SCOPE AND THE COMMUNICATION WITH MUYSL REPRESENTATIVES.

IN ADDITION TO BRAND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY, MUYSL MAY PROVIDE SUPPORT IN DIFFERENT AREAS IF SUCH SUPPORT IS REQUESTED BY THE BRAND AND CLEARLY INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT.

THESE SUPPORT AREAS MAY INCLUDE CORPORATE IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT, VISUAL IDENTITY WORK, MEDIA PLANNING, CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE, PRODUCTION SUPPORT, CONTENT DIRECTION, DIGITAL EXPERIENCE DESIGN, WEBSITE STRUCTURE, SOFTWARE SUPPORT, CREATIVE DIRECTION OR BRAND COMMUNICATION.

THESE SERVICES ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN EVERY BRAND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. EACH ADDITIONAL SERVICE MAY ONLY BE PROVIDED ACCORDING TO THE BRAND'S REQUEST AND THE TERMS DEFINED IN THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

THE SCOPE, DELIVERY TIME, WORKING METHOD, PAYMENT STRUCTURE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES MAY BE DEFINED SEPARATELY THROUGH WRITTEN COMMUNICATION OR AGREEMENT.
