1. General Information

This Legal Notices section does not, by itself, constitute a service agreement, sales agreement, membership agreement or definitive acceptance document. Any service, product, application, access or cooperation process that may be provided by Muysl may also be subject to written communication, representative consultation, special evaluation, offer, approval or agreement.

2. About
Muysl is a creative structure working on creative direction, brand development, cultural identity, digital experience and contemporary brand structures.
Muysl may carry out work aimed at developing brands’ identities, visual languages, communication structures, digital presence and long-term creative value. These works may include creative strategy, brand positioning, creative consultancy, visual language development, digital presentation, portfolio structure, product thinking and brand experience.
Muysl is not only a structure that may provide consultancy or development services for external brands, but may also develop its own products, systems and digital initiatives.
3. Establishment and Field of Activity
Muysl was established in Ankara, Turkiye, in the first quarter of 2026 as a creative direction and brand development structure.
Muysl’s primary field of activity focuses on creative direction, brand development, cultural identity, digital experience and contemporary brand presentation. Muysl may carry out work to strengthen brands not only visually, but also conceptually, strategically and experientially.
The works carried out by Muysl may aim to create brand identity, review existing brand structures, provide creative direction, develop digital visibility and presentation structures, create private access systems and support long-term brand value.

4. Official Communication Channels
Official communication with Muysl may only be carried out through the official e-mail addresses specified by Muysl.

Muysl may not consider notifications made through telephone, social media, third-party messaging applications or unofficial channels as official applications, requests, approvals, offers, agreements or legal notices.
Written communication may be essential in processes conducted with Muysl. E-mail correspondence, application records, offer contents, representative communications, agreement processes, support requests and similar written documents may be retained by Muysl for operational, legal, administrative or security reasons.
Muysl may not respond to requests made outside official communication channels, containing incomplete information, whose identity cannot be verified or whose reliability cannot be confirmed.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand names, logos, designs, texts, visuals, videos, interfaces, software structures, digital experiences, creative directions, portfolio contents, strategic ideas, presentation files and similar content included on the Muysl website, digital platforms, portfolios, presentations, documents or communication processes may belong to Muysl or the relevant rights holders.
Such content may be evaluated within the scope of copyright, trademark rights, design rights, trade secrets, know-how, contractual confidentiality or other intellectual property protections.
Unless expressly and in writing permitted by Muysl, such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, adapted, used for commercial purposes, shared with third parties or re-presented on any platform.
The fact that any content is viewable on Muysl’s website or in written communications does not grant the user any license, right of use, ownership right or commercial benefit over such content.
Muysl may reserve the right to pursue legal remedies in the event of unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, commercial use or use of its intellectual property rights in a manner that may harm its brand reputation.
6. Brand, Logo and Content Usage
The Muysl name, Muysl logo, visual identity elements belonging to Muysl, brand language, product names, digital system names, campaign expressions, portfolio presentations and other brand elements may not be used without Muysl’s written permission.
The Muysl brand or any visual element belonging to Muysl may not be used in a misleading, unauthorized, commercial manner, in a way that suggests a representative relationship, creates the impression of partnership, sponsorship or approval, or in a way that may harm Muysl’s brand value.
Prior written permission from Muysl may be required for the use of Muysl content on social media, websites, printed materials, digital advertisements, portfolios, presentations, news, promotions or third-party platforms.
Muysl may regulate any permission it grants regarding brand, logo or content usage in a limited, temporary, conditional or revocable manner.
7. Portfolio Sharing and Contract-Based Processes
Portfolio, presentation, project file, creative work, commercial offer, brand evaluation or private content sharing by Muysl may be carried out entirely within the scope of written communication and contract-based processes.
Portfolio or private content sharing may only be made if deemed appropriate by Muysl and through official e-mail communication. Such sharing does not grant the right of public use, reproduction, distribution, commercial use or sharing with third parties.
Portfolios, files, visuals, texts, presentations, strategic content, brand proposals, design directions or other creative materials shared by Muysl may be considered confidential unless otherwise stated in writing.
Agreements, approval records, correspondence and related documents concerning such sharing may be retained by Muysl in line with legal, commercial, administrative or operational needs.
Muysl may not be responsible for any portfolio sharing, offer, service or cooperation claim that has not been contractually established, approved in writing or conducted outside official communication channels.
8. Application, Evaluation and Acceptance Processes
Applications made through the Muysl website, application forms, communication channels or support addresses do not constitute automatic acceptance, a commitment to provide service, product access, membership, representative assignment, establishment of an agreement or definitive approval.
Muysl may review applications according to its internal evaluation processes, eligibility criteria, operational capacity, security evaluations, legal requirements and brand policies.
Muysl may reserve the right to accept or reject any application, request additional information or documents, extend the evaluation process, not respond or terminate the process.
The evaluation period of applications may vary depending on the nature of the application, workload, whether incomplete information exists, technical or administrative requirements and Muysl’s internal processes.
Unless Muysl provides an explicit written acceptance, offer, agreement or approval, no acquired right in favor of the user may be deemed to arise as a result of any application.
9. Modifiability of Services, Products or Digital Systems
Services, products, digital systems, application forms, communication structures, private access areas, support processes or other digital experiences provided or to be provided by Muysl may be changed, limited, suspended or completely removed over time.
Muysl may make changes to any service, product or digital system in line with operational needs, technical requirements, security reasons, legal obligations, brand policies, product development processes or commercial decisions.
Any feature, explanation, price information, access structure, representative communication or service detail on the Muysl website, application processes or digital systems may be updated without prior notice.
Such changes do not provide the user with any compensation, claim right, continuous access right or guarantee that the service will continue in the same manner.
10. Nature of Website Content
All information on the Muysl website may be provided for general information, brand introduction, application guidance, communication convenience and digital experience purposes.
Explanations, texts, visuals, links, application areas or other digital content on the website do not, by themselves, constitute a definitive service commitment, sales promise, acceptance statement, establishment of an agreement or granting of any right to the user.
Muysl may change, update, remove or rearrange the information on its website without prior notice.
It is not guaranteed that any information on the website is complete, uninterrupted, current or error-free. Although Muysl may exercise reasonable care, it may not accept responsibility for consequences that may arise due to technical errors, typographical errors, connection problems, access interruptions or third-party-related issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
Muysl may be liable only to a limited extent, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for direct or indirect consequences that may arise from the use of information provided through the website, application forms, communication channels, digital systems, portfolio sharing or other content.
Muysl does not guarantee the technical, commercial, administrative or personal consequences that may arise from users using the website, making applications, sending information, communicating by e-mail or reviewing content provided by Muysl.
Muysl may be liable only to a limited extent for damages that may arise due to access interruptions, data loss, delays, incorrect or incomplete information entry, user device-related problems, server or hosting service issues, e-mail transmission problems, third-party infrastructure errors, cyberattacks, misuse attempts or force majeure events.
This section does not aim to eliminate the mandatory rights of users arising from applicable law. However, Muysl’s liability may be evaluated by taking into account fault, causal link, technical possibilities, the nature of the event, the user’s conduct and applicable legal limits.
12. Information Provided by the User
Users may be deemed to have accepted that the information they provide through the Muysl website, application forms, e-mail communication or support channels is accurate, up-to-date and belongs to them.
The user may be responsible for information that is incorrect, incomplete, misleading, belongs to third parties, is used without permission or is shared unlawfully.

Information or documents provided by the user may be retained within the scope of application evaluation, communication, support, agreement, security, dispute management or legal obligations.

13. Personal Data and KVKK Information
Muysl may collect, process, retain, use or, where necessary, share certain personal data in a limited manner through its website, application forms, communication channels, support processes, representative consultations, agreement processes and digital systems.
Such data may consist of name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, address information, company information, application content, correspondence records, request subject, technical transaction records, IP address, time information, device or browser information and similar information.
Personal data may be processed by Muysl for the following purposes:
- Conducting application and communication processes
- Responding to support requests
- Providing representative communication
- Conducting agreement and offer processes
- Managing portfolio sharing and private content access
- Conducting advertising, promotion, information and brand communication activities

14. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
As a general rule, Muysl may use personal data only for the purpose of conducting the relevant process, evaluating applications, ensuring communication processes, fulfilling legal obligations, protecting security, providing services or meeting operational requirements.
Where deemed necessary, Muysl may share personal data in a limited manner with official institutions, authorized public authorities, legal bodies, legal advisors, financial advisors, technical service providers, hosting service providers, e-mail infrastructure providers, business partners, representatives or third parties connected with the process.
Such sharing may be carried out only to the extent deemed necessary for conducting the relevant application, communication, support, agreement, security, technical transaction, legal obligation, advertising, promotion, business development or operational processes.
In the event of sharing personal data with third parties, Muysl may take care to share the relevant data in a limited, purpose-appropriate and necessary scope as much as possible. However, third-party infrastructures, official institution processes, e-mail systems, hosting services or the technical and legal responsibility areas of business partners may be outside Muysl’s direct control.
Muysl may share information provided by the user within the scope of the user’s explicit request, application, written communication, form submission or process conducted with Muysl with the parties deemed necessary for the proper execution of the relevant process.
15. Personal Data Requests
Users may apply to Muysl in writing to request information regarding personal data they may have shared with Muysl, to request correction of such data or to request deletion of such data to the extent possible.

Muysl may evaluate personal data requests within the framework of applicable legislation, technical possibilities, security requirements, identity verification needs and existing record systems.
Muysl may not be able to completely delete some data for technical, legal or operational reasons, may not be able to access some data, or may be required to retain certain records for certain periods due to legislation, security, agreement, dispute, log records or legal obligations.
Muysl may try to respond to personal data requests, correct, delete, anonymize or inform the user regarding the records deemed necessary to the extent possible. However, it is not guaranteed that every request will be fully fulfilled or that all records can be completely deleted.
Requests that cannot be verified, carry suspicion of misuse, contain data belonging to third parties or may risk Muysl’s security processes may be rejected or additional verification may be requested.
16. Cookies, Technical Data and Digital Records
The Muysl website may use strictly necessary cookies, similar technologies and technical data to operate the site, protect security, manage application and communication forms, detect errors, prevent misuse, ensure technical continuity and improve user experience.

17. Data Security and Limitations of Responsibility
Muysl may try to take reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of personal data and technical records shared by users.
However, the internet, e-mail, servers, hosting services, third-party infrastructures, user devices and digital communication systems are not entirely risk-free. Therefore, Muysl cannot guarantee that all data will be protected with one hundred percent security under all circumstances.
Muysl may evaluate damages that may arise due to unauthorized access, cyberattacks, system failures, third-party service provider issues, security vulnerabilities arising from the user’s own device or connection, incorrect information entry, fraudulent application, misuse or force majeure events only to a limited extent.
Although Muysl tries to exercise due care and take reasonable security measures, it does not undertake that all data loss, unauthorized access, delay, interruption or technical error that may arise due to the nature of digital systems can be absolutely prevented.
This section does not aim to eliminate users’ legal rights; however, Muysl’s liability may be evaluated to the extent permitted by applicable law and by taking into account fault, causal link, technical possibilities and the nature of the event.
18. Force Majeure
Muysl may partially or completely fail to fulfill its obligations due to natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic disease, war, terrorist acts, social events, decisions of public authorities, internet outages, energy outages, cyberattacks, server problems, third-party service provider failures, technical infrastructure problems, legal regulations or other events beyond Muysl’s reasonable control.
In such cases, Muysl may be liable only to a limited extent for delays, interruptions, errors, data loss or access problems that may occur in services, communication, applications, support, access, data processing or other processes.
For as long as force majeure events continue, Muysl’s relevant obligations may be suspended, postponed or rearranged.
19. Right to Make Changes
Muysl may update, change, remove or rearrange this Legal Notices text, website content, application processes, communication channels, service descriptions, digital systems, price information, access conditions or other informational texts at any time.
Changes may become effective as of the moment they are published on the website. Users’ continued use of the site may result in them being deemed to have reviewed and accepted the current text.
Muysl may not be obliged to provide separate notification to users for each change. Therefore, users may be advised to regularly review the Legal Notices section.
20. Applicable Law and Competent Courts
This Legal Notices text and the use of the Muysl website may be evaluated within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, Ankara courts and enforcement offices may be competent for disputes that may arise from the Muysl website, application processes, communication channels, personal data processes, content usage, intellectual property rights or other digital processes.
Accessing the site from another country may not prevent this Legal Notices text from being evaluated under the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.
