Muysl levies no internal penalties; however, execution of the financial refund is processed exclusively in accordance with the statutory rules, fee structures, and merchant refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 13 - Statutory Extinguishment of Withdrawal Rights and Non-Refundability of Executed Deliverables Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distant Contracts and statutory consumer protection legislation governing digital content executed instantly in electronic environments and customized digital products: - Once a one-time digital purchase is automatically matched with and deployed to a user profile via electronic mail, or once a code is manually entered, applied, or matched with a profile, frame, typography style, sponsor portfolio, or directory listing, digital performance is irrevocably finalized. - Non-Refundability of Executed Products: If a digital product or service is performed, generated, deployed, or queued for listing, the statutory right of withdrawal and any right to cancellation, reversal, or refund is entirely and permanently extinguished. Under Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HMK), these server logs constitute conclusive, exclusive, and binding evidentiary proof in any transactional or delivery dispute. 20 - Structural Telemetry and Privacy Preservation In compliance with data protection laws, user IP addresses are not stored in raw, open text format and are subjected to structural pseudonymization and anonymization techniques. - Automated Directory Placement: Muysl Card orders initiate automated queueing and directory placement within two (2) to seven (7) business days without requiring secondary web redemption.
- Bespoke Contract Deliverables: Enterprise brand development and customized corporate activations are delivered pursuant to the specific delivery milestones defined in the bilateral agreement.
12 - Irrevocable Completion of Digital Performance
Entering a digital code, applying customization assets to a profile, initiating automated directory placement, or delivering a digital file compiles an individualized, non-reusable, and customized deliverable. Digital performance is deemed fully, definitively, and irrevocably completed the instant performance commences.
13 - Thirty-Day Code Validity and Automatic Expiration
Generated digital codes must be redeemed within one (1) month (30 calendar days) from generation. Unredeemed codes exceeding 30 calendar days become technically inactive and expired without triggering automatic financial chargebacks or refunds.
14 - Discretionary Settlement for Inactive Codes
For unredeemed codes exceeding 30 days, the Buyer may contact info@muysl.com. The Seller endeavors, at its sole discretion and subject to cryptographic verification, to provide a replacement key or equitable settlement based on the original acquisition value.
15 - Right of Withdrawal for Unredeemed Codes Within 30 Days
If a digital code has not been redeemed, applied, or matched with a created digital product, the Buyer may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. The Seller levies no internal deductions; however, financial refunds for app store purchases are processed exclusively subject to the merchant rules and fee structures of Apple or Google.
16 - Statutory Extinguishment of Right of Withdrawal upon Performance
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) and 15(1)(h) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund is entirely extinguished the moment a digital code is redeemed, an asset is rendered, or a customized listing commences. No refund shall be granted under any circumstances post-performance.
17 - Express Prior Consent for Immediate Digital Performance
By completing the purchase and redeeming the digital code, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges, agrees, and confirms that digital performance begins immediately and that they forfeit their legal right of withdrawal once performance has commenced.
18 - Absolute Prohibition of Chargeback Abuse and Bad-Faith Claims
Attempting chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment reversals after redeeming a digital code, downloading a sponsor portfolio, receiving a directory listing, or executing an enterprise delivery constitutes bad-faith breach of contract and civil fraud.
19 - Cryptographic Server Logs as Conclusive Evidence
Pursuant to Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (Law No. 6100), cryptographic server transaction logs recording timestamps of code generation, delivery, and redemption constitute exclusive, binding, and conclusive evidentiary proof regarding transaction and delivery states.
20 - Strict Prohibition of Code Resale, Sharing, and Transfer
Digital codes, Purchase Reference Codes, and profile assets are strictly personal. Sublicensing, leasing, publicly posting, or commercially reselling codes or assets to third parties is strictly prohibited.
21 - Sanctions for Code Abuse and Secondary Market Trading
In the event of unauthorized distribution, reselling, or sharing of codes, the Seller reserves the unilateral right to revoke the codes, terminate associated profiles without refund, blacklist the user, and initiate civil and criminal legal action.
22 - Buyer Representations, Warranties, and Accuracy of Information
The Buyer warrants that all submitted biographical data, titles, metrics, images, and external links are authentic, lawful, and accurate. The Buyer assumes sole legal liability for any misrepresentations or third-party intellectual property infringements.
23 - Downloadable Digital Deliverable on Influencer
The commercial deliverable acquired under Influencer is strictly the downloadable 10-page .pdf sponsor portfolio delivered to the Buyer's email. Delivery of the .pdf file concludes the Seller's contractual obligations in full.
24 - Verification Badge (Verify) as a Discretionary Privilege
Verification badges ("Verify") do not constitute a purchased service, commercial deliverable, or contractual warranty. Verification is an uncompensated, discretionary editorial privilege granted solely by the Seller.
25 - Unilateral Revocation of Verification Badges
The Seller reserves the unilateral right to revoke or remove any verification badge ("Verify") without refund or compensation in instances of fraud, metrics manipulation, unlawful conduct, or violations of Muysl brand standards.
26 - Non-Guaranteed and Randomized Directory Placement on Influencer
Inclusion in the influencer directory is an auxiliary, complimentary showcase. The listing order is rotated randomly to ensure fairness; rank position or directory presence is not guaranteed and cannot form the basis of a breach of contract claim.
27 - Future Brand Collaboration and Non-Brokerage Disclaimer
The Seller does not act as a commercial agency, broker, or guarantor of sponsorship agreements between influencers and brands. The Seller disclaims all liability for external third-party deals.
28 - Single-Payment and Lifetime Display on Muysl Card
Muysl Card operates on a single-payment model granting lifetime directory listing for the active existence of the platform without recurring subscription fees, subject to compliance with platform standards.
29 - Society Access and Daily Reference Code Quota
Society viewing privileges correspond to card tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver). To ensure database security, cardholders are restricted to requesting one (1) Society Reference Code per calendar day via verified email.
30 - Annual Free Profile Update Quota for Muysl Card

Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 5651, the Seller acts strictly as a technical "Hosting Provider" regarding user listings, portfolios, and Me2 communication bridges, bearing no liability for user-generated content or disputes.
35 - Ecosystem Integration and Automatic Cross-Platform Badges
Verified Influencers and Muysl Card holders automatically receive integrated frames and recognition badges on Me2; retirement of underlying assets terminates cross-platform badges automatically.
36 - Structural Telemetry and Privacy Preservation
User IP addresses are not stored in raw format and are structurally anonymized. Data processing is conducted in strict compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.
37 - Intellectual Property Protection
