By using the Muysl Card page, submitting an application, communicating with Muysl or continuing to access Muysl-related digital areas, the person accessing or using these areas is deemed to have reviewed and accepted both this Muysl Card Legal Notices page and the main Muysl Legal Notices page.

2. Muysl Card Legal Notices

2.1. Nature of Muysl Card

Muysl Card is a digital value, visibility and listing system created by Muysl.

Muysl Card is not a physical card. Having Muysl Card does not mean having a physical card or purchasing a physical product.

Having Muysl Card means having a private digital value and visibility status defined within the Muysl Card system.

Muysl Card may be evaluated as a private system that allows individuals or structures approved by Muysl to be positioned within the Muysl Card system with a certain digital value, visibility or listing status.

Muysl Card is not a standard membership, publicly available product, automatically purchasable service or card system involving physical delivery.

3. Digital Value and Listing System

3.1. Digital Value Structure

Muysl Card is a digital value system. The value provided within the scope of Muysl Card does not arise from a physical object, but from Muysl’s brand structure, evaluation process, private access approach, visibility model and internal listing structure.

Muysl Card may represent a private value connected to visibility, recognition, evaluation and positioning within the Muysl Card system.

3.2. Listing and Visibility

Muysl Card holders may be listed, displayed or defined within the Muysl Card system or Muysl-owned digital areas if deemed appropriate by Muysl.

The form of listing, visibility or identification may vary depending on Muysl’s technical capabilities, current system structure, brand policies, eligibility evaluation and operational decisions.

Being included in the Muysl Card system does not provide the user with continuous visibility, fixed listing, specific ranking, commercial return, third-party access or a permanent service right.

4. Application Process

4.1. Application Does Not Mean Acceptance

Applications made for Muysl Card do not constitute automatic acceptance, definitive approval, listing guarantee, private access right, service commitment or acceptance by Muysl.

Muysl may evaluate Muysl Card applications according to its internal criteria, brand policies, security evaluations, operational conditions, information provided by the applicant and process suitability.

4.2. Evaluation Rights of Muysl

Muysl may reserve the right to accept or reject any Muysl Card application, not respond, request additional information or documents, extend the evaluation process or terminate the application process.

After receiving a Muysl Card application, Muysl may evaluate the application and may contact the applicant in writing if deemed appropriate.

4.3. Response Period

Although it may be stated that the applicant may receive a response within 2 to 7 business days, this period is not a definitive commitment.

This period may vary due to workload, technical reasons, operational processes, incomplete information or Muysl’s internal evaluation process.

5. Responsibility of the Applicant

5.1. Accuracy of Information

The person applying for Muysl Card accepts that the information provided in the application form is accurate, up to date, complete and belongs to them.

The applicant is responsible for incorrect, incomplete, misleading, third-party-owned or unauthorized information shared within the application process.

5.2. Legal Responsibility of Shared Information

The applicant is responsible for the accuracy, currency and lawful sharing of their name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address information, company information and any other information provided within the scope of the application.

If the applicant shares information or data belonging to third parties with Muysl, the applicant accepts that they have the necessary authority, permission or legal basis for such sharing.

Muysl is not obliged to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the applicant in every case. However, if deemed necessary, Muysl may request additional information, documents, verification or written approval.

6. Pricing Information and Evaluation

6.1. Nature of Pricing Information

Pricing information, starting prices or other explanations displayed on the Muysl Card page do not constitute a definitive sales offer, binding price guarantee, payment request or guarantee that the service will definitely be provided.

Prices stated for Muysl Card may vary depending on the applicant’s situation, requested structure, operational conditions, representative evaluation, taxes, additional services, private processes or Muysl’s commercial decisions.

6.2. Indicative Muysl Card Pricing

The indicative Muysl Card pricing structure may be presented as follows: Silver Card starting from €1099, Gold Card starting from €4099 and Platinum Card starting from €8099.

These prices are indicative starting prices only and may vary depending on the applicant’s eligibility, requested card level, evaluation process, operational conditions, taxes, additional services, private requests and Muysl’s internal commercial assessment.

6.3. Written Offer and Agreement

Any payment, offer, agreement, acceptance or private process related to Muysl Card may only be valid within the scope of official communication, offer or agreement communicated in writing by Muysl.

7. Personal Data and Technical Records

7.1. Data Collected During Application

During the Muysl Card application process, the applicant may be asked to provide, or Muysl may technically record, name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address information, company information, application time, IP address, technical records and other information related to the application.

7.2. Purposes of Use

Such information may be used for evaluating the application, communicating with the user, conducting the representative process, performing security checks, preventing misuse, fulfilling legal obligations, advertising, promotion, brand communication and managing Muysl’s operational processes.

7.3. Processing, Storage and Sharing

The person applying for Muysl Card is deemed to have accepted that their personal data may be processed, stored, used and, where necessary, shared in a limited manner with official institutions, service providers, business partners or third parties connected with the process within the scope of Muysl’s general Legal Notices, KVKK information, cookies and technical data provisions.

Applications, correspondence, approvals, evaluation records, technical records, log records and related documents concerning Muysl Card may be retained by Muysl for operational, legal, security, dispute management or administrative reasons.

8. Data Security

8.1. Reasonable Security Measures

Muysl may try to take reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of data collected within the scope of the Muysl Card system.

8.2. Digital Risk

However, the internet, e-mail, servers, hosting services, third-party infrastructures and digital systems are not entirely risk-free. Therefore, Muysl cannot guarantee that all data will be protected with one hundred percent security under all circumstances.

The applicant accepts that digital communication and data sharing processes may carry certain technical and security risks.

9. Right to Modify and Terminate

9.1. System Changes

The Muysl Card system, application conditions, pricing information, access structure, listing model, visibility format, representative process, digital display method or other features may be changed, suspended or terminated by Muysl without prior notice.

9.2. Listing and Access Changes

Muysl may change, limit or remove any listing, visibility, identification, application or access within the Muysl Card system in line with its internal evaluation, brand policies, technical needs, security reasons or operational decisions.

Such changes do not provide the user with any compensation, continuous visibility right, fixed listing right or guarantee that the system will continue in the same manner.
